We accept most health insurance plans including Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser, SCAN Health, Health Net and other plans not listed. In order to get the most accurate information about your insurance policy, please call the number on the back of your insurance card. You can determine if you have chiropractic benefits, your deductible amount, whether you have co-insurance or a co-payment, and if we are in or out of network.

 

If we bill your insurance, your cost will be dependent on your insurance policy.

 

We also accept HSA and FSA plans.

At this time, we are not in network with Cal-Optima Medi-Cal.
